Before real estate, I spent 40 years in building materials and construction—nine of those as the #1 salesman in the nation (Wickes Lumber) and later as a Presidents Club General Manager who grew locations from $4M to $50M+. I know homes inside and out: foundations, framing, finishes, and what actually adds lasting value.

Life tested me hard: the 2008 crash took everything I’d built financially, and in 2011 I was diagnosed with cancer. My wife Juanita and our kids Zach and Anastassia were my rock. I took my first real estate class the Saturday after my first chemo treatment. Beating cancer and rebuilding from zero taught me what truly matters—people, relationships, and showing up with integrity no matter what.
